Pastors Royce and Jennifer Riggin founded Waterhose Ministries in 2004. Royce was saved in 1982, and the Lord then delivered him from years of drug and alcohol abuse. He was called in to ministry in 1986 and served as the Youth Pastor of Community Church with Pastor Dorman Duggan in Hereford, TX. After 13 years in Hereford and being an active part of the deliverance ministry of Community Church, Royce and Jennifer moved to Lubbock, TX, where they were pastors of a home church. After a year and a half, the Holy Spirit called them to start Waterhose Ministries, based on Psalm 42:7: “Deep calls unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts.” Waterhose Ministries brings the Living Water to the saints uninterrupted. Royce and Jennifer operate in the Holy Spirit as He directs. In the past year they have been called into mission work and have made trips to Africa and Thailand. Waterhose Ministries
has also brought Encounter the Cross weekend retreats to the Lubbock area. The Encounter is a training weekend for deliverance ministry and teaches on Isaiah 53…learning the full benefits of what Jesus died for and how to apply them to our lives. People of all faiths are encouraged to attend!
